I’ve had doctor’s and dentist’s use both wrist bands and finger cups to measure my blood pressure. Blood travels through more then just your arm, so I assume it’s possible to use other locations on your body to measure blood pressure.

I mean maybe if you are on a life support machine this is somehow constantly measured, but in any normal setting you have to put that cuff around your upper arm.
