I can understand your frustrations, as I have similar frustrations with my 
cable company and Freedom Scientific, but all we can do is trust that 
someone is working on it, and hope it gets resolved.

On a positive note though, one must admit that Apple has been pretty good in 
the accessibility department and with all of the features Voiceover has, one 
must expect a bug or two to rear it's ugly head.

Have faith brother, someday we'll get what we want.  Smiles.
