However I always read each email incase there is something I can add to the thread, What would be helpful is that if you do see messages / read messages you know the answer or have an idea of Why not help by giving an answer, Not everyone knows everything or thinks they know everything that is asked, Your all knowingness would be a useful tool for the list. There are lists of app's concerning various needs or wants, there are podcasts for those who feel they need further assistance in becoming familiar with a specific application and you may just come away with more than you expected.
