I remember when I set mine up on my 11 in early January that I put in my six-digit AT&T passcode, I think.
Do you have a code with your carrier? Was that the four-digit one? AT&T told me mine had to be six. The problem is this. I go to the setup button and it asks for a password. In the past, I’ve had a four digit password I’ve used, and when I’ve tried entering it and hit the “done” button, it tells me that the particular button is dimmed. I don’t know how to proceed because it doesn’t let me. Do I need a larger numbered password or something different? Can I set it up differently or from some place else? I’m going to have the same issue when I get my 12 in a few days, but people aren’t able to leave me voice mails right now.
