Hi John,
I am not yet subscribed to CBS All Access, although I plan to do that. Since 
this is all through Apple TV and their app, I wonder if a call to Apple 
accessibility might not be in order. It was my understanding that anything 
offered by Apple was done through Apple servers. Therefore, this might be an 
Apple issue, although I don’t know why it would work on your phone and not on 
your Apple TV. But Apple are the experts so give them a shout.
