I’m not trying to talk you into the Aftershokz, but when I bought my Trekz Titaniums two or so years ago they had a few different options in sizes and styles. Maybe one of them will fit you.

I’ve come across other bone conduction headsets online, but the Aftershokz line seems to be the gold standard in this space. The Aeropex don’t seem to vibrate as much as the Trekz, but being bone conduction, it’s not like you should expect high fidelity sound or anything. It’s just impossible with this technology. I use these bad boys all day throughout the day and for working out. Microphone for calls is at best adequate and dictation can be an exercise in frustration too. But, tradeoffs and all that. These are the headphones I use most over all.
