As mentioned by Alan, the update is out. I updated, and when you select add, then scanner, you have to give it permission to use the camera. It has the same settings as Voice Dream Scanner, but it does not import those settings so if the default is not what you want, you can change them right there. It scans to whatever folder you have open, and defaults to PDF, which is completely accessible.
