Can I empty that folder in the mail app, or would that delete all of my email that I have saved in all folders?

All mail, means just that, all of your mail. When I open the folders in my verizon.net account in the email app, I’m reading through the list of folders, I found a folder labeled All mail, when I open it, it shows messages that I’ve previously deleted, sent, and received. I don’t see this folder when I open Outlook on my pc.
