At first I felt like Apple was being cheap. Then I looked around and realized I didn’t use the charging blocks I had here anyway. I use an old computer with a hub as a charging station for all types of devices including my watch, phone, and sometimes my iPad. I’ve got several of those bricks lying around gathering dust just in case. But haven’t used them in years. And I have four batteries and a JBL Boombox with two 20,000 MA ports on it that I keep charged that will keep me going for days in the event of a power outage. So the bricks are exacly as Apple says. Just future land fill or most likely recycle for electronic recycle day. Merv
