I bought my SE at AT&T, and it came with a micro USB cable only, so I had to buy a regular cable in order to connect the iPhone to the computer or electricity.

All of my previous phones had come with chargers, so I assumed the SE2020 would have one as well. Second, since the cord that came with it had the USBC end, and it being something new, I think a charger should have come with it, even at the lowest level of charging. I did buy it at a Verizon store and not on line or at an Apple store, so I don't know if buying it elsewhere might have made a difference. It's not the end of the world, for I can still charge the darn thing, but not with the cord that came with it, as I have not yet purchased the required charger.
