Hi everyone, I also got a shiny new Mac since my older MacBook Pro finally broke because my screen wasn’t working and my battery wasn’t holding a charge anymore. I got the new MacBook Air because I found that using the Touch Bar would be an issue being that I need the physical buttons to turn on VoiceOver. I preferred the function keys since it is easier for me being that I’m totally blind. It is easier if I use command F5 to activate and deactivate VoiceOver rather than pressing the Touch ID button 3 times while holding the command button. + The MacBook Air has a lighter footprint and smaller charger I can always carry in my purse or pocket. I mostly use my Mac for basic word processing, email, researching on the internet and videoconferences.
