I've had this happen before with some of my apps. I would suggest performing a soft reset of the phone. If you have an iPhone 10 or newer, I believe that is by pressing an holding down the volume up and power buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. I'm not totally sure on this new reset, so feel free to correct me guys. :)
