Sure. Control key is always Control whether on Windows, Mac, or iOS. I always thought Alt was Options, but it is probably Command, and Windows equals Options. So, windows+control+spacebar would be the VO command for double tap.

Now, I did switch the VO key to my Caps key in iOS, but I don't like feeling dumb about how to manipulate my phone using the traditional VO keys.
