Hi everyone, I have a question for you all. I just received an iPhone 11 mini. I can get my Apple EarPods to connect via Bluetooth with no problem. However, I also have a Plantronics Bluetooth earpiece that goes in one ear is the PLT Bluetooth and it is not even showing up in my settings when I go to look for my devices any suggestions on how to get it to show that device?
