You have to put your Plantronics earpiece into pairing mode. My Voyager Edge has a little button on the boom which when I press it can take basic voice commands and I just say "pair" or "pairing mode', but ultimately you have to know which model it is and you could then Google how to put your particular model into pairing mode.
