I have to ask somebody if visually there is something in the status bar which indicates if an alarm is set, but as for Do Not Disturb, that is on the lock screen in iOS 14. You have the time, date and then a Do Not Disturb button which if you tap it will allow you to turn it off right from the lock screen which is convenient.
