Hi, Richard.  Thanks for the suggestion, but all double tapping on the status bar does is let me swipe through the items already there.

I know the phones with no home buttons seem to have shrunk the area of the

This never made sense to me since there is more usable screen, but anyway, have
you tried double tapping on the cellular bars and then flicking right through
the status bar icons?

I don't have one of those phones now, but that is an educated guess.

I've never seen a setting related to that.

Subject: Restoring missing icons to status bar

Hi, all.

I've noticed that since upgrading to the iPhone 12 Pro that the Do Not Disturb
Icon and the Alarm Set icons no longer appear in the status bar when Do Not
Disturb is on or an alarm is set.  I realize that the Do Not Disturb
notification can be cleared from the locked screen, but I liked having it show
up in the status bar so I could remember to turn it off without scheduling
things in the phone. Same for the alarm status.

I'm using iOS 14.4 and an iPhone 12 Pro.  Would updating the iOS fix this
issue, or is there a setting I'm missing?

TIA for the help.

Lisa
