I use a Pit Boss vertical pellet smoker. The knob to set the temperature is operated by clicks at 25 degree increments. I don't have a Wifi model, but I use the iGrill meat probes which work very well. I also have a small Traeger Ranger pellet grill, but it is more difficult to operate. I use Aira when getting the temp set on it, and then use the iGrill meat probes connected to my phone via bluetooth. I haven't tried any of the smokers that connect to my Wifi. Hope this helps.
