Hi all, My phone is no longer alerting me when I get a text, WhatsApp message, or any other notification. No ring, ding, or VoiceOver alert. It does ring, but that's about the only notification that does anything.
I've called Apple Accessibility support on this issue, and we looked everywhere in settings including notifications, sounds and haptics, do not disturb, and VoiceOver settings. We verified I am running the latest iOS release, and I am indeed running 14.7.1. We double checked that my phone is not on silent. The problem remains, and I was asked to call their tech support line with a case number. Is this happening to anyone else?
