Hi. The double vibration feature was around in 6.0. It worked with my iPhone 4, but not 100% of the time. Also, the action rotor option does not always work in Mail, even with 6.0. In fact, there is a bug in braille where sometimes when you're in Mail, you have to turn speech on to switch rotor settings.
