That I can do, putting my iPhone 5 directly on top of the iPad Mini, the iPhone 
5 is a third of the size almost exactly.

In other words, if you put 3 iPhone 5's side by side, this is almost the exact 
size taken up by the iPad Mini.

It is the same thickness give or take as an iPhone 5…

I can very easily hold it in one hand and can very easily use it with two… the 
weight is the biggest benefit, being half that of the larger full size iPad… it 
makes holding and using far easier and less strenuous.
