Hello Listers,

I recently took delivery of a new Starkey hearing aid that connects directly 
with my iPhone. I returned to the audiologist on Wednesday for some fine tuning 
after two weeks of use. On Wednesday evening, I went to check the battery 
status of the hearing aid and discovered the audiologist had inadvertently 
renamed my device to that of the previous client... someone named Patricia. 
Naturally, I e-mailed her to point out this error, and she said she'd made a 
mistake and I'd have to return next week to have her correct it. My question is 
this: Is there any way I can do this myself without returning to the 
audiologist? For instance, if I disconnected the hearing aid and reconnected 
it, would it recognize my iPhone, or, is returning to the audiologist my only 
option? Just wondering, and trying to avoid the inconvenience of having to 
return just to get the right name on my new hearing aid. Thanks for any 
suggestions.
