to block someone it is kind of buried, but here is how. 1, Double tap on the name or number you want to block. 2, From the top, swipe one time, you will have the name or number as a button, double tap it. 3, From the top, swipe once you should here audio, keep swiping a couple of times until you hear info, and double tap. If you go pass info, you can not back up, you have to go back to the top and swipe right until you get to info again. Double tap on info. 4, From the top, you should have a done button, swipe right until you get to another info, and double tap. 5, Now you are finally on the screen you want. The last thing on this screen should say, block caller. This will block calls as well as messages.
