No need to worry. It's very simple to set up FaceID and VoiceOver will guide you as you go a long. VO will tell you to look into the camera and help you to get your face in center, look left, look/turn right, face up left etc etc. Works very nice and btw you are not required to use FaceID though. I really love face ID. Especially when using ApplePay.
