Facial ID is not difficult to set up. I did mine, and I'm totally blind, in my 80's. The guy at Wal-Mart couldn't get it to work. After I had the phone a day or two, I went outside on a bright winter afternoon on the west side of our apartments and got it. The phone instructs you like with finger print, move here, move there, you just follow directions. VOILA, it works!
