We need to know a few things to help. One, what are your braille settings? IN particular, which braille code you are using and under the braille input setting, are you using uncontracted or contracted, and is automatic translation on or off? If automatic translation is on, try turning it off to see if that makes a difference while editing. I suspect when editing a word, it is expanding everything to its print translation, so entering t, gets that, instead of a t.

If I have made a mistake in text and go back to change it, such as to change a letter or add some words, my phone and braille display will often add additional repeated letters and sometimes continue to do this when I try to delete them. Has anyone been experiencing this and does anyone know how to get around it? As far as I know, editing without a braille display is fine, and sighted people are not experiencing this. Thank you in advance for your advice. Renee -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
