Hi, I saw this issue in the betas. Originally it happened everywhere, but it happened less and less as the betas went along; it didn't happen in Notes, Mail, or Messages by the time of release. What app are you using? I would suggest for now writing your text in Notes and then pasting it into the problematic app.
