I have never found it to not charge to 100%, I definitely have it on, but even if I put my phone on the charger at 10 PM and if I check the phone 2 hours later it's usually at 100% already. I am not sure if that is because I don't set an alarm and therefore the phone doesn't predict when I get up and charge accordingly, but the same happens during the ay, if I am at work and put the phone on the charging pad in my office it goes back to 100%.
