I’m having the same issue, and the only workaround I can find other than using Aira or the Amazon Disability phone number is to locate the items I wish to purchase using the PC making sure to add each one to the cart. Once items are in the cart, you can check out either on the PC or with your phone. The cart area of the app seems to work as it always has.

Hi all.

Is anyone else having trouble with the Amazon app? I don’t even know if I’ve done an update recently, it’s not in the list of recently updated apps. But when I search for something then pick a result I can’t read anything on the page apart from the search bar and bottom buttons. The whole middle bit is gone.

I have limited vision and I can see the page is there to start with but as soon as I tap on the screen the whole middle bit just goes blank. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but it has made no difference.

Does anyone have any advice?
