Not that I don't think this shouldn't be fixed, but if you have a computer with Jaws or NVDA why not use it, I find it much more efficient and I can search for and read products descriptions much faster as well as adding items to the cart and checking out. If your checkout preferences such as address and credit card are the same and you select to remember that checking out using Edge or Chrome with a screenreader simply means you use the button quick nav keys until you find the Complete Purchase button and activate it.
