It is not a bug. I get all my email sounds which I have set up for my different accounts.
So, probably everything is not setup right. Settings, notifications, mail, at the very bottom Customize notifications, then you have to set alerts and sounds for each mail account from one to whatever. If that isn't working, then something else is gone wrong and perhaps consulting directly with Apple would help.
