Hi everyone, Is it normal when the power button doesn’t always work to power off the phone? Sometimes when I need to wipe down my iPhone and I want to power off my device first before doing so, I notice when I hold down the power button that I’m not always given the dialogue with the power off button and cancel button, so I would have to turn off my phone in the settings.
