We had the very same issue on our 12 Pro Max’s, and despite asking Amazon how to get round it, without any help, we discovered that there is an ok button at the bottom of the screen, but with voice over on, try as we might, we could not access it, so I just turned voice over off, and got a sighted person to tap the button, and the screen disappeared.
