Rick I wonder the same thing. When creating a routine the slider bar is not accessible for example how bright you want something like lights or what temperature you want something to turn on or off at. This has been broke forever.

Unfortunately, there is a button that you have to tap to get past this screen which is totally inaccessible with VoiceOver. I had to have my sighted wife tap on it to get past it.
