Hi Alexandra. Not all apps listed on Applevis.com are accessible, and the review essentially stated what you said. The comments were the following: " Accessibility Comments the stream sounds did work the first time I opened it; I must have inadvertently found the off button and touched it... because now I get no time OR chorus of birds and sound of stream.... VoiceOver Performance VoiceOver reads no page elements. Button Labelling No buttons are clearly labelled. Usability The app is totally inaccessible." I guess the bottom line here is to read reviews, and not assume because something is listed, that it is accessible. I think you need to submit a complaint to the iTunes store to get a refund, but I've never done the process myself.
