Hello Alan,
Thanks for the suggestions, I have tried turning up the volume, and testing 
with the headphones in the lightning port. Still does not work. When I try to 
enter the passcode I can hear clicks as I tap on the numbers, but nothing is 
spoken.
I’ve gone through settings, and I cannot figure this out!
But thanks anyways!
