Esther, when I bought my 11, the guy at Walmart could not get me set up. So, after I got the phone home, I went to the west side of our apartment building in afternoon sun, got it on the first try. The phone will direct you which ways to turn your head, sort of like the dirrections you would get with fingerprint on Home Button. I had no problem, am totally blind and was 82 at the time I set it up.
