Interesting, I have never seen the xx more control in that app.  I typically 
have trouble accessing my cart.  So, I look over the choices then call doordash 
accessability number and place the order by phone.

I think the app itself isn’t all that usable.  I was ordering with my sighted 
daughter the other day and she was also having difficulty finding and adding 
things.

 

What I have found is that if you click on the XX more .. that seems to work a 
little better.

This app has had its accessibility problems for a long time.

 

I also have an iPhone 8 and I can reorder items but I can’t buy anything new. 
I’ve had the same experience just last night; tried to add 2 cookies to my cart 
from McDonalds and when I double tap on the item it doesn’t go anywhere. 

 

When I went into my cart they asked if I wanted to add anything and 2 cookies 
just happened to be on the list of things you could add and this time it worked.

Has anyone had success ordering from DoorDash recently?  It seems this app is 
very hit or miss as far as accessibility.

 

When trying to flick through the available items, focus jumps to other places 
on the list.  Also, if I do land on an item I want, double tapping it to choose 
it seems to do nothing.

 

I have an iPhone 8, so this is not the issue with the screen describe feature 
(if that is the correct name).

 

Any tips would be helpful.
