Here's the other fix, turning on Hands Free, steps. 1. Once you have the apps voice coming through the speakers again, Go down to the bottom right corner of the screen, and do a single finger double tap on the More tab. It's tab 5 of 5 on the bottomline tool bar.
2. Go to the top left corner below the status bar and swipe to, Settings, and do a single finger double tap to open. 3. Swipe right on the screen that opens to, Alexa App Settings, and single finger double tap to open. 4. Swipe to, Enable Alexa hands free, and make sure it is turned on. After turning on Alexa hands free the next time you open the Alexa app, Voiceover should again be working at the correct volume level. and coming through the speakers. Stay safe and take care. Mike. I’m pretty sure this came up a while ago, and I really didn’t pay that much attention. I wonder if anybody has found a workaround for the problem which occurs when you open the Alexa app. All of a sudden, the volume only goes through the earpiece which is very quiet.
