Hi everyone,
I purchased a Kindle eBook on my phone and was told, "VoiceOver does not
support this content." It's a Jewish prayerbook, and odds are that it's
pictures of the pages, rather than the actual text. I know there used to
be
software that could convert Kindle eBooks into accessible formats. If I
end
up with an image-based file, such as an images-only PDF, I can run it
through Voice Dream Reader to recognize the text, so I'm fine if the
software creates an image file. Does anyone know of software that can do
this? I have access to computers running MacOS and Windows, so either is
fine.
Thanks so much for any help! I'd like to have this for my nephew's bar
mitzvah in a couple of weeks.
