If you've not yet tried this, I'd remove BARD Mobile from the App Switcher and 
start it again and see if it will take your user ID and password. As others 
have said, the user ID and password should be consistent across all your 
devices including your computer. If removing the app from the App Switcher 
makes no difference, I'd uninstall the app from your iDevice, reinstall it, and 
try again. If you're still unable to log into BARD Mobile successfully, I'd 
email nlsdownl...@loc.gov as Joshua suggested for guidance.
