I have an iPhone 13 pro max updated to the latest version of IOS. My Siri correctly identifies songs if I ask her what song is playing, she gives me the correct answer. I think the song has to be actually playing when you ask her the question to work correctly. I have also been able to tell Siri to Hang up on a call and it works correctly as well.
