I can't either, it says can't identify music, try later. It used to say
"name that tune" Sometimes I want to find out a new country or Christian
song on a sirius-xm station but can't now.

Sieghard, Didn't I just read in this group or maybe another group that you
are running the IOS beta on your iPhone? It is nice to know that Apple has
fixed the bug to be released in an upcoming update. Until the IOS update is
released, Siri identifying songs won't work for those of us who aren't beta
testers. Downloading Shazam & using Siri still does not return any results.
I've checked Settings, Siri & Settings, Accessibility, Siri & can't find a
setting that may need changing to have Siri identify songs.

I have had no problems asking Siri to identify music for a couple of
weeks now. Just tried it again yesterday and it worked as expected.

The SE 1st generation came out in 2016 and is the 4.7 inch model. It
cannot be updated to iOS 16. It stops at iOS 15.7.
The SE 2020, also known as the SE 2nd generation should be able to update
to 16.
The 11 certainly can.
While Siri for some odd reason cannot seem to identify music, the Shazam
app can. I just tested it on my 13 pro.
I have no trouble with notifications either.

I have both phones that you mentioned. Both phones have been updated to
IOS 16.02. The only problems that I'm experiencing & neither is a deal
breaker; Accessing Notifications is a pain & Siri can't identify a song.
