Hi Kim, Did you try to turn off your Bluetooth headset again after you launched the app and then turn it on again?
It seems to me that 2 things happen: First, audio is routed to the headphone jack as soon as you plug in the Go Payment Reader which of course is normal behavior. I guess you might want to report this to Apple because I wonder if they couldn't add a setting in accessibility which would allow one to force Voiceover to go via a certain output method since there is a setting somewhere in the Settings where you can do this for phone calls. Secondly, it appears that after you plug in the card reader, turn your headset off and on again you get Voiceover, but then when you launch the app it again grabs the audio. I wonder if once again turning off and on the headset will route it back to bluetooth. The other thing you could do is try and launch the app after you plug in the reader. I mean plug in the reader, launch the app first and then turn off your bluetooth headset and turn it back on. If you have SIRI you could probably successfully launch the Go Reader app by using SIRI even if you don't have sound, just push and hold the home button for 2 seconds or so, then say "Launch Go Payment". Of course you have to call it by its correct name, I don't use it so I don't know what the app is called exactly. Anyhow, give it a try and let me know.
