Hello, Do not be afraid of cancelling your cable service.
I have been using YouTube TV since 2020 and I can tell you that the VoiceOver accessibility just keeps getting better and better on Apple TV. I also enjoy my YouTube TV service on my iPad whenever I travel and the experience is extremely VoiceOver accessible. In fact, I will go so far as to say that if there is an area of the YouTube TV service that is not VoiceOver accessible, I have yet to discover it on either my Apple TV or iPad. Before you subscribe, however, be certain to go to tv.youtube.com to make certain that the channels you want are on offer. Also, please know that you can always download the various apps for many channels that may not be currently offered on YouTube TV.
