This is a command I use a lot and I really never had a problem with it until now. Upon issuing this command, I heard Siri respond you don’t have anyone named Howard in your contacts. That is just about the dumbest thing I’ve seen Siri do recently, and there have been a lot of similar stupidity‘s on series part. I just don’t get it. Regular dictation seems quite accurate. But interacting with Siri to get Siri to do something on the device? Oh, brother! It’s like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get. I will say, however, that the only problem I seem to be having with dictation these days is Siri putting periods where they do not be long. Apparently, Siri thinks that any sort of complex sentence needs to be broken up even if it really is a perfectly good sentence, and does not need To be broken up.
