I’m really sorry that things aren’t working for you with this app. As for the reset network settings, you would go to settings, general, transfer or reset iPhone, reset, and finally reset network settings. If you decide to do this, you will then need to put back in your Wi-Fi password and rename your iPhone afterwards. I’m sure we can help with that if necessary. Resetting the network settings is one of the tools that is often used to try and fix things.
