I mostly understand how to move apps around the home screen, to and from the App library, but I do not always get the results I want. I have a row on my home screen that is empty except for one app. I want to place an app to the right of that one lone app on that row. I can't do it consistently. I sometimes create folders without wanting to do so. VoiceOver announces "Drop App X before (or after) app y, and that's what I want to do, but when I double-tap, I've created a folder. Then I have to drag an app out of the folder to get rid of it. Can anybody shed any light on what I might be missing in all this?
