AI still has the issues of normal speech synthesis. I was listening to the
sample of one, and it couldn't tell the difference between the present and
past tense of the word "read." They'll still have pronunciation issues, and
I would never want it to read a Brandon Sanderson book.

Just imagine:

“Szeth-son-son-Vallano, Truthless of Shinovar, wore white on the day he was
to kill a king"

Yeah no. Alex on the iPhone already has trouble reading some names in harry
Potter books and fanfics, like the French school members in the fourth
book, like someone who was iconic to the book as Fleur Delacour. And this
isn't just on Apple, every TTS voice is going to have problems and I hope
Apple lets all authors know that.
