My wife needs help adjusting the volume on her Phonac hearing aids. She has a 13 ProMax running 16.2.x. This is the volume of her phones ring tone and the text message tone that comes through her hearing aids via Bluetooth. I am designated tech support here at home, but I'm not having success with this problem. All suggestions appreciated.
